Changing Lives During the COVID19 Pandemic

Ventura County, CA  –  It’s been an interesting couple months since we all first heard the term “coronavirus” and in just a few short weeks, much of the world and the work people do has come to a grinding halt. Never in our lifetimes have we experienced a stay-at-home order, and for many of us, it was a wake-up call to see just how comfortable we are in our current living situations.

When April and Fredrick came to us, they were living in an apartment complex that shared laundry facilities with close to 50 other families! They had a new baby (which means lots of laundry!) and they were concerned about keeping their family safe from the COVID19 virus while in a community that shared many common spaces. They got prequalified for a loan and we helped them virtually search for properties while assessing their needs via video-conference.
